“The most terrifying thing is to accept oneself completely.” Carl Jung

I woke up one morning, and felt quite mad!
I went to see Jasmer turns out I was sad.
He listened and listened then said with a grin:
‘Acceptance is where you need to begin!’
Each week we did meet and munch popcorn,
Jasmer all smiley
Me forlorn!
But the tables did turn
I began to grow
His advise always calming helping me know….
What I have inside is nothing to fear,
I just needed help to hold myself dear.
I’m so grateful to him as he taught me to see
Amongst other things

Having someone listening to me has been the most amazing experience, there has never been anyone I could confide in. Being able to talk about my feelings and fears, Jasmer has helped me address these in a positive way, I can now see things more clearly and try to look at things in a different way too. Counselling with Jasmer was the best thing that could have happened to me.

I have been seeing Jasmer on and off for the past 18 months or so. During that time we have spoken about several different themes. I have always been impressed by his ability to support me, and challenge me, no matter what I bring up for discussion. Jasmer has great listening skills, and has a great way of asking just the right kind of question at the right time. He builds great trust, and I always feel able to speak about whatever’s on my mind.

Jasmer has been my pillar of strength and has helped me through my darkest days, I was able to get through my divorce and find the strength not to fall apart completely. I realised I was important as my own person, I don’t think I could have done it without Jasmer.
